Sellfmade is a community for adult resellers. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, and we work to find it, remove it and report it.
What we prohibit
•
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, generated or altered images
•
Any content that sexualizes minors
•
Grooming: befriending or messaging a minor to exploit them
•
Sextortion, and threats to share intimate images
•
Trafficking or any offer to buy, sell or trade access to children
•
Anything else that puts children at risk
An account whose upload matches known child sexual abuse imagery is suspended at once, automatically. Every other report or flag goes to our moderators, who review it and suspend or ban the account when it breaks these standards. Confirmed child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use Sellfmade; our Terms say so and the app stores list Sellfmade for adults. Members who appear to be under 18 can be reported (“Involves a minor”), and moderators can suspend an account until its owner's age is confirmed.
How we detect it

Every image on Sellfmade (post and comment photos, profile photos, photos in direct messages, and video preview frames) is checked against known child sexual abuse imagery with Cloudflare's CSAM Scanning Tool, within seconds of upload.

On a match, the content is removed at once, the file is moved to a locked evidence store, the account is suspended and an urgent case opens for our moderators.

Public posts, comments, profiles and images are also checked by automated tools that flag possible harm to minors for a moderator to review.
How to report it in the app
Tap ⋯ on any post, comment, profile, message or conversation, choose Report, then “Involves a minor”. These reports go to the top of our moderation queue and are reviewed within an hour during staffed hours (9am–10pm Eastern). Reporting is private; the person you report isn't told who reported them.
You don't need to save or share the content to report it. Please don't: copying or forwarding child sexual abuse material is a crime even when you mean to report it.
Reporting outside the app
Email support@sellfmade.com with the subject “Child safety” and a link to the post or profile. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
What we do with reports
When we find or confirm child sexual abuse material, we report it to NCMEC's CyberTipline promptly, as U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) requires, and preserve the evidence for 1 year after the report in a locked store only designated staff can access. Moderators never download or forward it. We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through proper legal process.
Child safety contact
Our designated child safety contact is the Sellfmade Trust & Safety lead [Owner: name of the designated child-safety contact], reachable at support@sellfmade.com (subject “Child safety”). They can speak to our child safety practices and compliance, and answer questions from app stores, NCMEC and law enforcement.
