These terms are the agreement between you and Sellfmade for using the Sellfmade apps and sellfmade.com (together, “Sellfmade”). By creating an account or using Sellfmade you agree to them, to our Community Rules and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Sellfmade.
Who can use Sellfmade
You must be at least 18 years old. By using Sellfmade you confirm that you are. You can browse without an account; to post, comment, react, follow or message you need one.
You can't use Sellfmade if we've banned you before, or if the law where you live doesn't allow it.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your mobile number or email address. There are no passwords, so keep access to that phone and inbox: anyone who can read your codes can sign in as you. One account per person, and the information you give us (name, handle, links) must be honest.
You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has signed in as you, sign out your other devices in Settings → Devices and contact us.
Your content
You own what you post. To run Sellfmade we need your permission to use it, so by posting you give Sellfmade a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, resize and transcode, and distribute your content on and through Sellfmade, including public share pages and link previews on other sites and apps, and to show it when we promote Sellfmade. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept for the periods described in our Privacy Policy (for example, backups and evidence attached to reports).
Public posts, comments and profiles can be seen by anyone, with or without an account, and can appear in search engines and link previews. Direct messages are visible to the people in the conversation.
Only post what you have the right to post. Don't post other people's photos, videos or writing without permission.
Buying and selling happens elsewhere
Sellfmade is a community for talking about reselling. It doesn't sell anything, process payments or handle shipping. When you buy from or sell to someone you met here, that deal is between you and them (and the platform you use), not Sellfmade. Prices, “sold for” amounts and other numbers members post are their own claims; we don't check them.
What you can't do

Break our Community Rules or the law
•
Scrape, crawl or copy Sellfmade in bulk, or use bots or automation to post, follow, like or message
•
Get around a block, suspension or ban, including by making another account
•
Probe, attack or overload our systems, or access accounts or data that aren't yours
•
Sell, rent or transfer your account or handle
Moderation
We can remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or our Community Rules, or that put people or Sellfmade at risk. Automated tools flag content for review; people on our team make the decisions, except that known child sexual abuse imagery is blocked automatically. You'll be told what we did and why, and you can appeal as described in the Community Rules.
We aren't required to monitor everything on Sellfmade, and we're not responsible for what members post.
Copyright
We respect copyright and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe something on Sellfmade infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a notice that includes: your signature; a description of the work; the link to the content; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Deleting your account
You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete account, or at sellfmade.com/delete-account. Your profile, posts, comments and messages disappear from everyone's view right away. For 30 days you can change your mind by signing in and choosing Restore; after that your personal data is erased as described in our Privacy Policy.
We can also end your access if you break these terms. If we do, these terms still apply to what happened before.
Changes
Sellfmade will change, and so may these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Using Sellfmade after that means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimers
Sellfmade is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that anything members post is accurate. Advice from other members (including best answers about value or authenticity) is their opinion, not ours; check before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sellfmade and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Sellfmade or from dealings with other members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
